How does the personalisation work?

Before you place your order, you’ll be able to personalise the main character to look like your child while the rest of the story stays the same. You can choose details such as name, hair colour, skin tone and clothing - as well as selecting paperback or hardcover - and see what your character looks like before adding the book to your cart. Each book is then created especially for you.

Will I see a preview before my book is printed?

Yes. You’ll be able to preview all the personalised details of the main character before completing your order, so you can check everything looks just right. You can also see our books in full via the book previews - scroll through the picture carousels for each book to find them!

Can I choose kit colours that look like my child's favourite football/soccer team?

Yes you can! We have five different shirt patterns and 16 colours to choose from. Socks, shorts and tops can all be different colours - so there are so many options to make this a perfect gift for your little football/soccer-fan!

What if I make a mistake with my personalisation?

Please check all names and details carefully before placing your order. As each book is made especially for you, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds once your order is submitted.

What age are your books suitable for?

Our picture book is designed for children aged 0-8 years. It’s ideal for early readers and for sharing together at bedtime. Our wellbeing activity book is ideal for children taking an interest in reading and writing, we recommend ages 3-8.

Are paperback and hardcover options available?

Yes both paperback and hardcover options are available for our picture book. Our wellbeing activity book is available in paperback only. 

Is My Little Dream Team available in US and UK English spelling?

Through a little serendipity, My Little Dream Team is suitable for both US and UK English readers! 

How is the book printed?

Each book is printed as locally to you as possible which reduces the cost and environmental impact of shipping,.  As we only print to order, we are also reducing waste. Our print partner, Lulu, is a certified B Corp due to its commitment to sustainable practices.

How long does it take for my book to be dispatched? 

As all our books are personalised and printed to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed before it is dispatched.

Can I add a gift message? 

Each of our books includes a personalised dedication at the beginning which reads 'Made especially for <Child> by <Sender>'. You will be able to add your details when prompted during the personalisation process.

What are your shipping rates?

The cost of shipping and estimated delivery dates will display when you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally! You can see all the destinations we ship to in the dropdown menu at checkout. Our print partner has print facilities in the UK, France (for EU), Canada, the USA, India, and Australia. To minimise delivery times and environmental impact, we prioritise fulfilling your order from the facility closest to you.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are displayed when you enter your address at checkout and you will receive a notification by email when your item has been dispatched (including a tracking code if you have selected a tracking option).

As a guide, from the date of dispatch, deliveries typically take:

UK and Ireland - 5-8 business days 

Rest of Europe, the USA, and Canada - 9-13 business days

Australia/New Zealand - 23-25 business days 

During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer - look out for our Christmas ordering dates!

Is sales tax/VAT included in the price?

Many countries do not charge sales tax on children's books. Where sales tax/VAT does apply, this will be added automatically at checkout.

Will I pay customs duties, import taxes or local fees on international orders?

We aim to ship domestically whenever possible by selecting the closest printing facility to your delivery address. Our print partner has facilities in the UK, EU (France), Canada, the USA, India, and Australia.

Orders shipped internationally from these locations may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. As these charges are the responsibility of the recipient we recommend you check directly with the relevant customs authority to confirm their rules before you order. 

What if my book arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?

If there’s a problem with the delivery of your order, please get in touch with us within 25 days from the date of your order and we’ll make it right! We want every child to receive their book in perfect condition.
